Our Story
PLUS was born out of a question: What’s missing in the nonprofit accounting space?
Our founder, Carlos Norena, spent years working alongside nonprofits and listening closely to their challenges. He saw that while many organizations had access to accounting firms, few had access to true partners who understood the unique pressures nonprofits face — from managing restricted funds, to navigating audits, to reporting back to funders with confidence.
Carlos envisioned something different. He wanted to create a place where nonprofits didn’t just receive accounting services, but where they felt at home — supported, understood, and equipped to thrive.
