He excels in leading teams, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, with a track record of effective client communication and leadership in finance committee and board meetings.

Carlos Norena
Founder & Managing Principal
Carlos brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management, specializing in both non-profit and commercial sectors. With an MBA and BBA in Accounting from the University of Medellin and CPA credentials from Colombia, Carlos has extensive knowledge including daily fiscal management, budget monitoring, and compliance with regulatory and grant requirements, particularly for organizations in community services, civil rights, and cultural sectors.

Amardeep is a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 13 years of experience in finance and accounts. Holding a Master's in Commerce from Gujarat University, India, Amardeep excels in accounts operations, finalization, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting. His leadership skills and expertise in financial operations optimization have been instrumental in driving organizational efficiency and accuracy. Amardeep is adept at implementing advanced accounting software and streamlining financial processes.

Operations Manager
Nilesh is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 7 years of industry experience. Nilesh specializes in financial statement review, auditing, and reporting, ensuring high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. With a Master's in Commerce from Gujarat University and certifications including QBO Pro Advisor and Six Sigma Green Belt, Nilesh is proficient in software like Bill.com, Sage Intacct, and MS Power BI, enhancing operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Hernando Correa
Tax Manager
Hernando Correa holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia. With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting in both Colombia and the US, Hernando is a highly experienced professional. His expertise spans 22 years as a tax preparer with a leading firm in the USA. Hernando has also served as a Tax Instructor and led the Fiscal Departments of numerous corporations in the USA and Colombia. Hernando's role as the head of our Tax Department is a significant advantage, ensuring top-notch assistance for individuals and corporations.
